About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Coaches to provide high-quality instruction to athletes of all skill levels. Coaches will lead individual and small-group sessions, helping participants develop technical skills, confidence, fitness, and a lifelong love of sport. The ideal candidate is patient, encouraging, reliable, and passionate about teaching others.

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging sports instruction tailored to participant skill levels.
Teach sport-specific techniques, rules, and strategies.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Ensure participant safety and enforce appropriate safety protocols.
Provide constructive feedback and track participant progress.
Adapt coaching methods to different learning styles and fitness levels.

Qualifications
Prior playing, coaching, or instructional experience in the relevant sport.
Ability to motivate and engage athletes of varying ages and abilities.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Background check may be required.
Friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
Passion for helping beginners learn new skills.
Ability to build confidence in athletes who may be new to the sport.
Experience working with adults is a plus.
